Welcome edit

Hi Aashraf2,

Welcome to Wikipedia. I've noticed your edits to Mohamed Nasheed, and while I thank you for your efforts, I'm sorry to say I've had to "revert" your work as not meeting our core policies. Please review the essays at WP:NPOV and WP:Verfiability, which may give you a better idea of how to insert information into our articles. Just let me know on my talk page if you have any questions. All the best, and again, welcome! Khazar2 (talk) 20:28, 30 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hi Aashraf2, I'm disappointed that you've again reverted the edits to Mohamed Nasheed without being willing to discuss with me here or at the article itself. Your edits appear to me to violate the policies I named above. In particular, I'm not sure why you insist on having duplicate paragraphs on the resignation under both "presidency" and "resignation." I'd be glad to discuss these issues with you, but changes without citations, edit summaries, and engagement with other editors are unacceptable. See you at the Talk Page, Khazar2 (talk) 20:14, 31 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Your recent edits edit

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button   or   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when they said it. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 21:29, 31 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Exceptional Newcomer Award edit

  The Exceptional Newcomer Award
When new users show up on Wikipedia because they're interested in one political figure, they often refuse to learn the rules of Wikipedia and cause hassle for everyone. You, in contrast, have been patient and willing to learn and negotiate, and with every set of edits, you seem to improve. The Mohamed Nasheed article is much better because of your help. Thanks for taking the time to learn how things are done here. Khazar2 (talk) 01:29, 2 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

I hope you stick around long after this article is done--there's lots of Maldives topics that need work! Khazar2 (talk) 01:29, 2 April 2012 (UTC)Reply
