Speedy deletion nomination of Ahmad Hasan Al-Zu’bi edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Ahmad Hasan Al-Zu’bi requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. December 2014 edit

Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I've noticed that you have been adding your signature to some of your edits to articles, such as the edit you made to Mohammad Tomaliah. This is a common mistake to make and has probably already been corrected. Please do not sign your edits to article content, as the article's edit history serves the function of attributing contributions, so you only need to use your signature to make discussions more readable, such as on article talk pages or project pages such as the Village Pump. If you would like further information about distinguishing types of pages, please see What is an article? Again, thank you for contributing, and enjoy your Wikipedia experience! Thank you. Proposed deletion of Hisham Yanes edit

The article Hisham Yanes has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No independent, reliable references about him.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Notes about your contributions edit

Hi i am an Arab user like you. A few notes about your contributions:

  1. Please don't add your signature in articles as you did here. Signatures are only used on talk pages and other discussion pages such as the Village Pump.
  2. Please don't revert other editors trying to fix your mistakes as you did here. As you are a new editor, you will take some time to learn the policies and guidelines applicable on Wikipedia.
  3. Please also don't copy texts from other copyrighted websites. Copying is only allowed from public domain sources or sources licensed with a license compatible with Wikipedia. Note that this does not apply to most websites on the Internet. See WP:COPY. --Meno25 (talk) 10:50, 31 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
Thank you all. I created several pages on Wikipedia to be able to link them to my entry on Jordanian political satire. I welcome all editions and I hope these pages will not be deleted. Aak1982 (talk) 12:44, 31 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
Please stop putting your signature in articles. You are not the sole editor of articles. Also, could you look at the edits to some of the past articles. I keep correcting the same mistakes. Bgwhite (talk) 09:16, 1 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

Ahmad Hasan Al Zoubi edit

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a search with the contents of Ahmad Hasan Al Zoubi, and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: Ahmad Hasa Al Zoubi. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. CorenSearchBot (talk) 21:35, 31 December 2014 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for your message. I by mistake called the page Ahmad Hasa Al Zoubi, it should be Ahamd Hasan Al Zoubi. This is why I made a new page Aak1982 (talk) 21:39, 31 December 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, Ahmad Hasa Al Zoubi. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – Ahmad Hasan Al Zoubi. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. Vanjagenije (talk) 18:48, 1 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

Roya TV moved to draftspace edit

This subject is probably notable, but the article contains far too many unsourced claims for the Wikipedia main-space. I've moved it to draft so that we can fix the problems with this article without any pressure.

Nomination of Roya TV for deletion edit

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Roya TV is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Roya TV until a consensus is reached, and anyone, including you, is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article.
