Some cookies to welcome you!

Welcome to Wikipedia, AYousefzai! I am Vinithehat and have been editing Wikipedia for quite some time. I just wanted to say hi and welcome you to Wikipedia! If you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page or by typing {{helpme}} at the bottom of this page. I love to help new users, so don't be afraid to leave a message! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Oh yeah, I almost forgot, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there. Again, welcome!

Khaled Hosseini

edit

You indicated that Khaled Hosseini had dual citizenship. What evidence do you have of his citizenship in Afghanistan? I realize that he was born there, that is not what I mean. --Bejnar (talk) 18:04, 14 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

You said "so naturally he is a citizen of that country for the rest of life". That may be true for Afghanistan, but it is not true all over the world. On the talk page I have asked for a citation to the laws of Afghanistan with respect to this issue. Since he appears to have renounced his Afghan nationality, can you find a citation to something that says that such a voluntary renunciation is invalid in Afghanistan? --Bejnar (talk) 21:51, 14 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Pashtun people article

edit

Salamoona, can you please take a look at Pashtun_people#Men. Even though the information is sourced, but should that be included in the article? (Ketabtoon (talk) 21:00, 2 January 2010 (UTC))Reply

Edit war

edit

Hello. You appear to be involved in an edit war on Muslim . While the three-revert rule is hard and fast, please be aware that you can be blocked for edit warring without making 3 reverts to an article in 24 hours. You are not entitled to 3 reverts and are expected to cooperatively engage other editors on talk pages rather than reverting their edits. Note that posting your thoughts on the talk page alone is not a license to continue reverting. You must reach consensus. Continued edit warring may cause you to be blocked.   Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. When you make a change to an article, please provide an edit summary for your edits. Doing so helps everyone to understand the intention of your edit. It is also useful when reading the edit history of the page. Thank you. --VirtualSteve need admin support? 03:41, 15 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

You're right, the added content was a repeat of Babur and mughal empire, I removed POV statements and shortened the newly added content which apeared as copy paste from another website.--AYousefzai (talk) 15:19, 15 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
Thank you - but please again you need to put an edit summary for each edit as that would be even more helpful.--VirtualSteve need admin support? 10:19, 16 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

It's been a while since I've seen you about. It would likely have been longer had you not made this edit, now oversighted - Alison 00:22, 29 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
