Speedy deletion nomination of Dean E. Hallmark

Conflict of interest

I saw that in your edit summary for Dean E. Hallmark, you wrote that you have "firsthand knowledge of the subject, I'm not quite sure how I cite myself." The answer is that you don't. Wikipedia isn't meant to be a primary resource. Anything written in an article here needs to be supported elsewhere in objective third-party reliable sources.
