Welcome to Wikipedia. I undid two minor revisions you made to the digestive enzymes regarding pepsin and tyrpsin. Although you are right and perhaps many books erroneously cite pepsin and trypsin as being produced majorly by the glands, it is actually the unactivated form that is produced. In case of Pepsin, Pepsinogen by Cheif cells is converted to active pepsin by the Hydrochloric acid. Feel free to change it if you so desire but medically speaking this is the correct terminology.
