Hi again. You do not need to keep emailing me. You can just write whatever you see fit right here, on this page. I do not share my email address with persons I do not already know and trust, so no response via email will be forthcoming. Anyway, I think your use of the word "bullying" has been misplaced. Block evasion

This user has violated WP:EVADE and WP:SOCK as Richardnyc878. However, they were immediately honest about this when confronted. This appears to be a case where they simply didn't know Wikipedia's policies.
