Hello! Thank you so much for the information. I am new to wikipedia and I am helping out my friend who is the subject of the article to have more presence in the web. Can you clarify with me that even though the article has been moved, is it still pending for review for publishing? In addition, I saw you flagged the photo of him that I posted. You should contact WP:OTRS if you took the photo. Also, if you have a conflict of interest, I've linked useful pages in this sentence.

Thank you. I will look into it. In addition, with regards conflict of interest, I am a fan of the person. And if you read the article he competed in the Philippines where I am from so we basically met here. The reason why I made the article is a lot of beauty pageant titleholders have an article to I see it fit to have one created for him.
