edit

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Minkowski space; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. See also wp:BRD - DVdm (talk) 00:21, 13 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Minkowski space. SpacetimeIsCool (talkcontribs) 00:33, 13 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Your recent editing history at Minkowski space shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. - DVdm (talk) 00:44, 13 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you purposefully and blatantly harass other editors. SpacetimeIsCool (talkcontribs) 00:45, 13 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Listen " DVdm " and "SpacetimeIsCool " !!! YOU started the edit war, not me, as I EXPLAINED my initial edit - you should've opened a TALK then *before* undoing my edit!!! Stop being abusive if you don't want the same treatment!!!

DVdm asked you to go to the talk page of the article in their edit summary. Also, please refrain from yelling at other users (using excess exclamation marks and capitalization). Please discuss with other editors and try to reach a consensus. Thank you, SpacetimeIsCool (talkcontribs) 00:58, 13 February 2021 (UTC)Reply
Update: Please read WP:PA and related pages. Thanks, SpacetimeIsCool (talkcontribs) 01:02, 13 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

See Talk:Minkowski space#Structure and postulates and wp:CONSENSUS. Make your case and try to get consensus for your edit. And try to avoid wp:SHOUTING. - DVdm (talk) 01:04, 13 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

No, he did not! He used an "IF" implying that I am wrong! Literally he wrote: "take it to the talk page if you don't like the source". That is his and your ABUSE whether you admit it or not!!!

Also, DVdm asked you to go to the talk page after you two went through the revert cycle another time. And please, No personal attacks. SpacetimeIsCool (talkcontribs) 01:14, 13 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

After you insulted me you should AP OLOG IZE if you want a dialog with me, and not use your privilege force in the first place!!! I am right as I explained myself in the first place and you are AB USE RS as you ignored my explanation entirely and started the edit war!!!

Anonymous users from this IP address have been blocked from editing for a period of 31 hours for persistently making disruptive edits.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  ~ ToBeFree (talk) 01:45, 13 February 2021 (UTC)Reply
If this is a shared IP address and you are an uninvolved editor with a registered account, you may continue to edit by logging in.

To echo DVdm, please sign all your talk page messages with four tildes (~~~~) and indent them according to WP:THREAD and WP:INDENT.
Where did we insult you?
The privileges DVdm and I used (WP:TW) were no different than autoconfirmed/confirmed privileges that approximately 1.7 million users have. Please read - and follow - WP:PA as you have violated it several times. If you didn't like DVdm's edits, then you should have taken the argument to the article's talk page, according to BRD, instead of continuing to revert and starting an edit war.
