Request reason:

My main account is named Skiyomi, however, I am not able to use that account to appeal as it is currently globally locked. I was told in an email by the stewards that if I got my Wikipedia block lifted, my global lock would be removed. I realize that I have behaved badly here on Wikipedia in terms of vandalizing, posting inappropriate content, and misusing more than one account. However, I sincerely promise not to engage in those activities any more and to only contribute things that belong in an encyclopedia. Also, I am wondering about something I was told by deepfriedokra; they said that I wasn't eligible for the Standard Offer here on Wikipedia.
