December 2022 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contribution(s). I am glad to see that you are discussing a topic. However, as a general rule, while user talk pages permit a small degree of generalisation, other talk pages such as Thirty-seventh government of Israel are strictly for discussing improvements to their associated main pages, and many of them have special instructions on the top. They are not a general discussion forum about the article's topic or any other topic. If you have questions or ideas and are not sure where to post them, consider asking at the Teahouse. Thanks. Editing in area of inventions, also I had noticed that you had consequently blocked IPs of Bulgarian universities and study areas, I can understand that it is often considered that in Bulgaria mostly English is on basic level spoken or that German is almost not spoken, but instead mostly Russian, but still, if I have English linguistics and philology studies to be considered that with my level that is better than even some some English native speakers, that I can be allowed to edit in English language, also I want to point out that I consider, with my English linguistics and philology studies British English is more broad than US language and it is disruptive of some US administrators when they try to stop British English speakers to when we are editing the English Wikipedia 94.155.134.74 (talk) 13:48, 28 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I am renewing the request for unblocking, for I have vast experience in editing in English Wikipedia, and to my experience if one edit is under debate, it can be done on the talk page of the article, there is not a real need for blocking in during a crisis, also you can use befpore blocking, a Warning, and some kind of suggestion of improving, this in all those cases that the language and text added is polite and using of literature British language. If it is about content you can add some suggestions for how do you think that you expect that should be contributed, politely 94.155.134.74 (talk) 13:48, 28 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

Hello agian, I'd like to ask also the IP to be unblocked in the Bulgarian Wikipedia bg.wikipedia.org, I know this is the English for UK, US, Canada and other English language official language countries, but there they have less technological solutions and are not easily contactable, and for that reason, if you can be able to contact them and ask them to unblock the IP, because this is a public computer, and my suggestion is to block the IP for a day, for example, so that either one user simply be changed with other, or if it is the same user, that he/she has the time of the day to rethink, and not longer, because this is a public computer for study, research and also political perpouses, so it is not good to be blocked for weeks or even noth months, this is needless, and dangerous, and it looks like limiting the freedome of speech especially in political area, so if you can introduce this rule, for blocking it for one day, and for the another day to restart with the new writing, new topics, and hopefully more help in writing either. Also I want to complaint about this user who has administrators rights that he is named TedMasters, I think he is mistaking that these two sites are different sites, they have different goals and scopes, and ways of presenting, different auditories, and the Wikipedia is more vast in topics and auditory, and he cannot apply Teds Speaks show, it is an youtube and online show, it is not same as a an encyclopedia, there is a significant difference, in style also, so if you can pay attention, and not simply make a note on him, but ask him to change his nickname, because also I don't wanna be writing or ?speaking for Ted Speaks or Teds show, they sometimes somehow twist it here, that if I am a Wikipedia editor I should contribute or that I automatically contribute to Teds show, but this is not true, this is very different scope, and I dont wanna make it for free, I think for my vewiews, it is more difficult to address the auditory of Teds show and has to be paid, or at least I wont contribute to the Teds show for free, but unlike I can contribute for free to Wikipedia, thanks 94.155.134.74 (talk) 10:21, 4 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

Can you please again reconsider, based on that as I have significant experience in editing in English and other Wikipedias (yeah, new dictionary entry, it is new and not yet found in Google even), and to my experience if one edit is under some kind of debate, this debate can be done on the Talk page of the Article, and with this, there would be not a real need for blocking in esp. during a crisis, also you can use before blocking, a Warning for example, or even before that some kind of suggestion for improving, this in all those cases that the language and text added is polite and using of literature British language. If it is about content you can add some suggestions for how do you think that you expect that should be contributed, politely 94.155.134.74 (talk) 13:57, 4 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

And agian, also I want to add that this kind of repeating a Question on of a topic is allowed in British English, so once again, I'd like to ask that also the computer IP here in the website, to be unblocked in the Bulgarian Wikipedia bg.wikipedia.org also, that there in the bg subdomain and aritcles they have less technological solutions and are not easily contactable also, as you can check on yourselves probably, and for that and many other reasons, if you can be able to contact them somehow on your side and ask them to unblock the library IP, because this is a library IP, thanks

Decline reason:

Since you mentioned your Bulgarian Wikipedia block, I did take a look over there. You have been blocked there as a sockpuppet of Medupdate. Reviewing the behavioral evidence here on the English Wikipedia bears out that assessment. Since Medupdate (talk+ · tag · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log · CA · CheckUser(log· investigate · cuwiki) is also blocked indefinitely here, I have reblocked you for sockpuppetry, and extended the length of your block considerably. -- Tamzin[cetacean needed] (she|they|xe) 02:28, 7 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

Again, we cannot help you with issues on the Bulgarian Wikipedia, which is a separate website, with its own editors and policies. It's not that we don't want to, we can't. 331dot (talk) 14:46, 4 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
