Hello, I'm Doug Weller. I noticed that you made a comment on the page Talk:Antifa (United States) that didn't seem very civil, so it may have been removed. Wikipedia is built on collaboration, so it's one of our core principles to interact with one another in a polite and respectful manner. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Doug Weller talk 22:27, 19 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

@Doug Weller Il bue che dice cornuto all’asino is an Italian proverbial idiom normally learned in preschools. The English idiomatic version is "the pot calling the kettle black". 93.45.229.98 (talk) 22:34, 19 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
Which is not a civil comment even if your translation was idiomatic and not literal. Google and Wiktionary have a different translation:[1]" “the ox that calls the donkey horned”, cornuto also meaning “cuckold”. Doug Weller talk 11:02, 20 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
Cornuto (derived from latin cornūtus) means literally "horned" in Italian. The term "horned" can be used in Italian to mean "cuckold" (similiarly to the "the cuckold's horns" sign). This depends on the context: in the context I used it does not refer to adultery. See https://www.proverbi.net/il-bue-che-dice-cornuto-allasino-significato/

Explain to me why I can be called a communist on a discussion and I cannot respond. A total lack of impartiality and guidelines applied without isonomy. 93.45.229.98 (talk) 13:58, 20 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
My bad. "commie" is the username. 93.45.229.98 (talk) 14:04, 20 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

Anonymous users from this IP address have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours for edit warring, as done at Libertarian Party (Argentina).
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  CambridgeBayWeather (solidly non-human), Uqaqtuq (talk), Huliva 21:56, 26 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
@CambridgeBayWeather Those edits were literally vandalism and removal of sourced content. Look at the edit history. See WP:IAR-abg and WP:NOTDEMOCRACY. 93.45.229.98 (talk) 22:01, 26 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
By the way, all the "righ-wing libertarian" stuff and the political collocation was already there before the removal.

Then you should have taken it to Wikipedia:Dispute resolution and stopped edit warring. It does not meet the Wikipedia definition of Wikipedia:Vandalism. CambridgeBayWeather (solidly non-human), Uqaqtuq (talk), Huliva 22:08, 26 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
In what way then would I not have complied with WP:DR? It is a clear case of "refusal to get the point." 93.45.229.98 (talk) 22:07, 26 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
Did you make a post at Wikipedia:Dispute resolution (WP:DR)? I don't see anything. CambridgeBayWeather (solidly non-human), Uqaqtuq (talk), Huliva 22:10, 26 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
Look at the talk page. 93.45.229.98 (talk) 22:10, 26 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
I did look at Wikipedia talk:Dispute resolution but I don't see anything. What talk page are you referring to? CambridgeBayWeather (solidly non-human), Uqaqtuq (talk), Huliva 22:15, 26 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
@CambridgeBayWeather I told you to look at the article talk page because there was no consensus. Where is the consensus to put "Libertarian" or "Centrist" without a source in the political position?
There was only discussion of removing "far right". The user's action was vandalism. 93.45.229.98 (talk) 22:18, 26 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
There was a discussion at Talk:Libertarian Party (Argentina) and both of you were edit warring at the same time. Both of you should have stopped and you need to review what Wikipedia defines as vandalism. You were both working in good faith but you can't edit war. CambridgeBayWeather (solidly non-human), Uqaqtuq (talk), Huliva 22:24, 26 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
You are putting me on the same level as the person who removed the sources and content of the article by inserting his personal opinions without consent and sources.
Clearly I looked for a third opinion by writing to Doug Weller before the block (obviously now I can't write on his talk) because I didn't really know how it worked. This block seems to contradict WP:NOTBURO. 93.45.229.98 (talk) 22:30, 26 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
