Request reason:

The blocking admin was involved in a personal dispute with me, without even telling me (except in very general terms, eg "trolling") what I did wrong. I'm not aware of what specifically was my crime, but I'm willing to stop any unreasonable behaviour. 91.10.17.164 (talk) 11:01, 22 December 2017 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

I took a look at your contributions. The block is entirely appropriate and if you can't see that, you lack sufficient competence to edit here. Yamla (talk) 11:29, 22 December 2017 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

This admin was doing admin duties and reverted trolling. Not personal...you are just a number.
