• I wanted to add stubs (like "proud to be an american citizen").And how to make my page acctully look coherient insted of a page looking like a bunch of ransom notes all over.
Hi. I have added a userbox to your userpage and added the particular userbox you were looking for. When you edit your userpage it will show the sourcecode I used to make it like that. You will see 8th sinn's Userbox and Userboxbottom. If you find a userbox you like, add it somewhere between those tags. The one you were asking for is called Proud USA Rfwoolf 17:26, 19 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
As a general note, I know that lots of wikipedians looked at the userpage of others and reused the wiki code from there to get started. Just click the edit this page button and copy the text to your page. -- lucasbfr talk 17:28, 19 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Please look at Wikipedia:Userboxes. This page shows links to many existing userboxes and shows you, how to create a Userbox. Help:Table will show you how to make informations go to the place you want them to be. --Thw1309 17:39, 19 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Uploading an image to Wikipedia edit

Thanks again for willing to upload Police Reunion Tour images to Wikipedia. Uploading images on wikipedia is fairly simple. Just go to Wikipedia:Upload and click on the link "It is entirely my own work" (I assume it is your own work). The page you are directed to explains itself more or less. Just browse to the location of the image on your computer, give it a proper name (e.g. The Police in Phoenix.jpg) and write a short summary (e.g. The Police in Phoenix on June 18, 2007). Most important of all, however, is the license under which you are releasing your material to wikipedia. If you have no license selected, your image will be deleted according to Wikipedia's free license policy. The best option is to select "Own work, copyleft: Multi-license with GFDL and Creative Commons... etc." from the licensing box, as it is a license that protects you as the author of the image, but still is compatible with wikipedia's policy.

When the image is uploaded you can include the image in an article by linking to it (e.g. [[The Police in Phoenix.jpg|thumb|250px|The Police in Phoenix on June 18, 2007.]]).

I hope that's enough information. If you still encouter problems, don't hesitate to ask me. Best Regards, Maarten 18:29, 19 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
