• For anyone interested, this is a Virgin Media IP in the UK. It's technically dynamic, but Virgin reassigns the same IP address to the same modem/router for every session, so the same user always gets the same IP address - I still have the same Virgin Media 'dynamic' IP address that I've had for more than 2 years.
