You clearly made a mistake (repeatedly) in not recognising that subjective adjectives describing a problem as 'complex' have no place in an actual encyclopaedia. You have also demonstrated your unfamiliarity with the range of problems addressed by Operational Research, some of which are complex, but many of which are not. A problem need not necessarily be 'complex' to be the subject of Operational Research. It simply needs to be addressable by the sorts of mathematics used in the field.
