I've reverted your edits to 2018-19 Australian region cyclone season because neither BoM nor JTWC has 21U classified as tropical cyclone yet I've checked automated tropical cyclone forecast system (ATCF) says still Invest 97S and i've checked BOM website it says "NO CURRENT CYCLONES"

You can find about official latest tropical tracking (tropical cyclones,tropical lows) with reliable source

• - BOM's Tropical outlook http://www.bom.gov.au/cyclone/ for any infomation 10 min winds/pressure/mbar and areas affected of cyclone
• - JTWC's Tropical outlook https://www.metoc.navy.mil/jtwc/jtwc.html for 1 min winds
• - ATCF's ftp://ftp.nhc.noaa.gov/atcf/ for 1 min winds

Update

You're wrong because NHC doesn't start advisories in Australian region basin That's why it's called National Hurricane Center used for tropical cyclones in Atlantic basin and Eastern Pacific basin only
