As noted at WP:CLOSE, "discussions may also be closed where someone, usually an administrator, decides that the discussion is irrelevant or disruptive". The closing comments make it clear that this was the case here. Your continued efforts to reopen a closed discussion are disruptive, and if you continue, you will be blocked from editing.
