Hello, Jens,

I was following your request about Facebook links from the Teahouse to the Village Pump to the Jon, the bot operator's, talk page. All great stuff. And I noticed that Jon Kolbert has enabled his "Email this user" link which is listed in the left-hand menu when you visit his user page. Since he hasn't visited Wikipedia in a month, sending him a brief email might be the fastest way to get his attention.

In order to do this though, I believe you need to create an account. Having an account enables you to do a lot more kinds of editing on Wikipedia and is actually more secure than editing anonymously because no one would have access to your IP address. The only exception to this is the dozen or so checkusers who look out for sock puppets and they only look into accounts if there is a complaint filed. I've been editing for years and I've never been looked into by a checkuser so the likelihood is that your privacy would be secure. Just a suggestion, Liz ^{Read! Talk!} 23:56, 30 June 2019 (UTC)
