August 2018 edit

Hello, I'm Jim1138. I noticed that in this edit to Portugal women's national football team, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Jim1138 (talk) 02:32, 13 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Please do not add or change content, as you did at Nahikari García, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Mattythewhite (talk) 23:38, 31 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Infobox dates edit

Hello, I'm Mattythewhite. Welcome to Wikipedia! I just wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions was not quite right. When updating statistics within the infobox of a footballer, please make sure you update the timestamp at the same time, so that both readers and fellow editors know when the information was last updated.

You can do this by replacing the existing timestamp within the |club-update= or |pcupdate= parameter for club stats, or the |nationalteam-update= or |ntupdate= parameter for international stats, by adding five tildes (~~~~~), which generates the specific time the update was made.

If you have any questions about this, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you, Mattythewhite (talk) 23:31, 5 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Basque Country women's national football team has been reverted.
Your edit here to Basque Country women's national football team was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (https://realistaelsur.wordpress.com/2012/06/25/euskal-herria-1-eslovaquia-0/) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Infobox dates: Part two edit

Hello, I'm Mattythewhite. Welcome to Wikipedia! I just wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Vicky Losada were not quite right. When updating statistics within the infobox of a footballer, please make sure you update the timestamp at the same time, so that both readers and fellow editors know when the information was last updated.

You can do this by replacing the existing timestamp within the |club-update= or |pcupdate= parameter for club stats, or the |nationalteam-update= or |ntupdate= parameter for international stats. For articles that use a DMY date format, use five tildes (~~~~~), or for MDY dates, use {{subst:mdytime}}. This will generate the specific time the update was made.

If you have any questions about this, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you, Mattythewhite (talk) 21:55, 17 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

WP:INDISCRIMINATE edit

As you should be well aware, (quoting directly): 'Wikipedia is not an indiscriminate collection of information', and very specifically, "Wikipedia articles should not be: 3. Excessive listings of unexplained statistics. Statistics that lack context or explanation can reduce readability and may be confusing; accordingly, statistics should be placed in tables to enhance readability, and articles with statistics should include explanatory text providing context. Where statistics are so lengthy as to impede the readability of the article, [...]"

So please stop adding all of that back in, it is excessive and impedes article readability - it takes a few seconds to load even on my desktop (not exactly a gaming computer but still) with a (relatively) fast internet! 107.190.33.254 (talk) 21:47, 24 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

Naming of teams edit

Hi. It is necessary to read and follow the naming convention of the manual of style. This mean to avoid always terms like "CD" of "FC" as users do in men's football articles. And also the B of the reserve teams is written always without "comillas". Thank you. Asturkian (talk) 07:27, 25 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

June 2019 edit

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did on Nahikari García. This violates Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Mattythewhite (talk) 18:33, 2 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
