Welcome! edit

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions, such as the ones you made to Boots Riley. I hope you like the place and decide to stay.

Here are some links to pages you may find useful:

You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but if you wish to acquire additional privileges, you can simply create a named account. It's free, requires no personal information, and lets you:

Note that in order for the first three features to be available, you must have had an account for a certain number of days and made a certain number of edits.

If you edit without using a named account, your IP address (83.248.186.87) is used to identify you instead.

I hope that you, as a Wikipedian, decide to continue contributing to our project: an encyclopedia of human knowledge that anyone can edit. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, or you can click here to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. We also have an intuitive guide on editing if you're interested. By the way, please make sure to sign and date your talk page comments with four tildes (~~~~).

Happy editing! JesseRafe (talk) 12:52, 22 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

Wake Up in the Sky edit

The source you posted with Spin says nothing, only says "with", at the very least it's a feature, and if you are going on that route [1], [2] and [3]

Larson / Rent. edit

I see where you are coming from, but this isn't having Larson in American songwriters and songwriters. There is no automatic association with musical and songwriter ie the songwriter doesn't always have to be the same in a musical. If you feel so strongly then perhaps you should empty the songs from Rent category, because they are already in a category which is a part of an established cat scheme. FWIW your edit also flies in the face of other musicals and their composers... --Richhoncho (talk) 15:37, 4 November 2018 (UTC)Reply

November 2018 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page We Are the Champions has been reverted.
Your edit here to We Are the Champions was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed () is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 10:18, 24 November 2018 (UTC)Reply
If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, please ignore this notice.

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Airplane Pt. 2. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continual disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Ss112 15:16, 25 November 2018 (UTC)Reply

If you are a previously blocked user... edit

You should not be editing. I find it a bit unusual that an IP who started editing in August 2018 knows policies and guidelines and cites them in their edit summaries and did so nearly from the time they appeared to begin editing here. Have you ever had an account on Wikipedia? If you did and it was blocked, this is block evasion (WP:EVADE) and sockpuppetry (WP:SOCKPUPPETRY). If you aren't, and you intend to stick around, consider registering for an account. It offers more benefits than editing from an IP address offers you. Ss112 15:22, 25 November 2018 (UTC)Reply
