Welcome; a note on effectiveness edit
Hi there! First, welcome to Wikipedia. I'm not sure what IPs you normally edit under so I'm posting this in all the places I think you are editing from. Second, a general note: I am sure your intent is to see Wikipedia articles developed in accordance with policy and guideline. To see this goal achieved, we all need to be careful about the tone we use when interacting with other editors, even those editors that seem to be obstructing the goal of good article develoment. Using an uncivil tone (even if you think it's well-deserved) can actually work against the goal of good article development. Just something to think about, and again, thanks for your contributions. I saw this account IP blocked without reason. Why? 89.204.137.95
Who has right for blocking and how can his (wrong) work be checked?
