First of all, clearly you didn't get the Family Guy reference or you'd be laughing your socks off. Second, clearly that user had no intention of making any positive contributions in the near future. If by "using Wikipedia properly" you mean "making sure all facts are correct", I don't see why I should waste my time on people like that guy, whose only two contributions introduced obvious factual errors.
