But even if you weren't using this tired excuse, I'd point out this account wasn't created "a couple of weeks ago" as you claim, and it immediately started editing the same articles as the other account in the same manner. There are absolutely no grounds here to believe a single word you say. Even if everything you say is true, WP:LITTLEBROTHER would still apply. This account isn't going to be unblocked. Dear sir/madam, I am the sister of Tom Taylor, I am writing on behalf of my parents and for myself. First of all I would like to apologise profusely for his unnaceptable behaviour. My parents and I have noticed what he has been doing in recent weeks and we are deeply sorry for any distress caused. Tom has a seveire form of autism, he can be a well meaning lad. However, alot of the time he struggles to understand the word no and can become incredibly challanging, as i am sure you have witnessed.
I had initially opened this account a couple of weeks ago to monitor his online behaviour, we discovered after he was first blocked that he had been acting out. As i'm sure you're aware he accessed my account during this time and added some content without my consent. He did this when I left a tab open on my browser. It's only today when I saw him use such vitriol and catty behaviour that my parents have fully confronted him. In fact they are currently battling out with him now, trying to show him sense.
I will admit that this is an unusual obsession he has had over recent weeks with wikipedia and my parents can confirm this is unusual for him. I'm sure when he has calmed down and had a few days to think he will be in a better mindset to use this site again.
If this is to be the case, I would like to ask if you would mind unlocking my account as so I can continue to monitor closely my brother. This is to ensure he begins to respect others on this platform.
Additionally, I noticed that he claimed to have another account. We do not believe this to be true, he only has access to this computer and like myself, he is unable to fully use his account and even start a new user.
Once again I appreciate the distress he has caused and I can only really offer my family's sincerest apologies for his awful behaviour.

Sorry, I thought I would be appropriate to add these updates as you can be made aware of all which is occuring with us. Thanks for a quick reply. Im sorry you see it that way but my brother does exist. I will not accept the rude and pedantic answer though, it is not easy for us dealing with him at this moment either.
