WP:Edit requests - "Requests should be accompanied by a clear and specific description of the requested change, and consensus should be obtained before requesting changes that are likely to be controversial."

No, they don't look like yours. Some are specific as to the requested change (exact language requested, and where it should be added), and others that are not were rejected for that reason. None had two levels of headings, and all used the edit request template per the page I linked for you.
