Request reason:

Caught by a colocation web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 68.6.78.143. I did at first try to use a VPN, which is why I believe I got caught in the block, but now I'm just using my residential ISP, and I'm still blocked. I will make sure to disconnect from VPN before attempting to edit a page. 68.6.78.143 (talk) 08:19, 14 September 2020 (UTC)
