Request reason:

Caught by a colocation web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 68.6.78.143. I did at first try to use a VPN, which is why I believe I got caught in the block, but now I'm just using my residential ISP, and I'm still blocked. I will make sure to disconnect from VPN before attempting to edit a page. 68.6.78.143 (talk) 08:19, 14 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

You may need to clear your browser's cache after turing your VPN off as cookies could cause Wikipedia to "think" your VPN is on even if it is off. You may also need to wait 24 hours. 331dot (talk) 08:30, 14 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Resolved. Thanks.
