  • I've also extended the block one week for edit warring / disruptive editing on this talk page. IP talk pages are not exactly the same as User: talk pages, as they are temporary and can apply to many people who might be trying to use the IP address and don't understand why they can't edit. Because of this, registered users can remove block templates because there is zero chance the removal can affect someone, but this isn't the case with an IP address.
