A friendly reminder ~ edit

  Edit summary reminder
Hello. I noticed that your edit to Pratt & Whitney Canada PW100 did not include an edit summary. Please remember to use one for every edit, even minor ones. You can enable the wiki software to prompt you for one before making an edit by setting your user preferences (under Editing) to "Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary". Thanks, - ~mitch~ (talk) 01:12, 5 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for your summary here. Keep up the good work~ it makes it easier for other editors to understand edits with out actually going to the article ~ once again thanks and Nice to meet you. ~mitch~ (talk) 01:22, 5 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

Once again, please refrain from disruptive edits as said to you before. Removing information is counterproductive. This is not a road guide, it is Wikipedia. Thank you, and have a good day! -Anonymous user 68

January 2020 edit

Hello, I'm Smith0124. I noticed that you recently removed content from Merrit Parkway without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks.Smith0124 (talk) 19:24, 12 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

This message also applies to other articles, such as Taconic State Parkway, Interstate 684, Saw Mill Parkway, Sprain Brook Parkway, and Interstate 87 (New York). Smith0124 (talk) 19:26, 12 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Flyer22 Reborn. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —specifically this edit to Sprain Brook Parkway—because it did not appear constructive. @Flyer22 Reborn: This IP (67.87.197.43) was at it again over the weekend making many edits on NYC-area roadway articles that do not appear constructive. Since you recently posted here, I wanted to let you know. Perhaps escalation is in order.108.21.182.146 (talk) 15:49, 27 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

February 2020 edit

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. Please refer to the messages above. To make constructive edits to articles in to U.S. roads, please familiarize yourself with the standards for the project as well as international road junction list standards. Very many of your recent edits have been in violation of one or both of these standards pages. C16SH (speak up) 01:16, 2 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

Blocked edit

I've blocked you for 3 days for edit warring. On Wikipedia, we expect that you will discuss rather than endlessly revert. Please participate in discussions after your block expires. --Rschen7754 21:13, 2 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

Unsigned shields in exit lists edit

Hi there, there is a current precedent to not include route shields (and control cities) in junction lists that are not signed (including I-478 and NY-495 in on the West Side Highway). If you'd like to propose a change to this precedent, I recommend writing a post at the talk page for the U.S. roads wikiproject, WT:USRD. You can also look at the established standards for editing these pages at WP:USRD/STDS and MOS:RJL. I noticed that Rschen7754 asked you to participate in discussions above, and I hope you choose to join the conversation! C16SH (speak up) 18:32, 9 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

February 2020 edit

Anonymous users from this IP address have been blocked from editing for a period of 3 months from editing Wikipedia articles directly, to prevent further edit warring and lack of communication with disagreeing editors.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  ~ ToBeFree (talk) 02:25, 14 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
