If you can find a way to remove the annoying pop-ups without blanking this page then go ahead. Until then, please let me blank it. Thank you.

Talk page edit

This is not a notification page, you may blank them (assuming that you read your messages, but obviously, you don't), but do not remove your old warnings template. I have told you in another section, but you deleted it without reading it, as you referred it as "pop-ups" again. SmallPotato UwU 17:31, 14 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

@SmallPotatoHeh333: do not remove your old warnings There is no rule that you cannot remove old warnings from your talk page. See WP:OWNTALK. Alex (talk) 03:21, 18 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Alexanderlee: I meant the old warnings as the template SmallPotato UwU 03:23, 18 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
@SmallPotatoHeh333: That was unclear with your original message. As a side note though, the ping (or reply) template will not work if you do not sign your message in the same edit as the ping. Alex (talk) 03:35, 18 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

Thank you. I had previously been informed that it was okay to remove talk page messages, and I note that previous people who used this IP range did the same thing. As I explained to the blocking admin, I was purely doing this to remove the annoying notifications that appear on every page I visited on Wikipedia until I delete the messages. I read them.

I did find it to be quite unfair to be blamed for things that other people did on this IP range, which had nothing to do with me, and to use this as an excuse to justify unjustifiable punishments.

I also note the comment that I viewed things as threats. Well, given the week-long block, including banning me from editing my own talk page, I'd say it was justified.

Very unfair.

I'd like to make a complaint about the blocking admin for unfair punishments.

Thank you. 58.179.159.63 (talk) 04:38, 23 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

If you do not wish to be subject to sanctions for what others who share your IP may do, I advise you create a WP:ACCOUNT. Unfortunately there is no other way to avoid collective consequences for the disruptive behavior of anyone else with access to this internet connection. -Ad Orientem (talk) 05:12, 23 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
@58.179.159.63: To the person who kept removing the template, you have been told multiple times not to remove the template, yet you still did. It was not unfair and other users have been blocked for years/indefinitely. As for the person who wrote the reply, like Ad Orientem said above, I suggest you create an account so you will not get the punishment that you do not deserve.
