Request reason:

I have not harased nobody but i presented apologies because i made trols in the french wikipedia but i have stoped now! i precise that i have been myself victim or harasment because trols profit of anybody they percive as weak but i have done a big work on myself and now i have understand that i must change my behavior. We can talk on IRC(more friendly) Normally I have an account but i dont manage to connect, perhaps you can give me the password on irc? you can ask richaringan or the other french admin to confirm that it is me other people have usurped me so the admin think now that i am a hacker! frankly i have much things to bring to wikipedia so its not a good idea to block me
