Your recent edits edit

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 07:17, 28 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

Use of edit preview edit

Please use the "show preview" function more often while editing. When you make a series of 10-15 edits on the same article (often in the same section) it clogs up the edit history of the article and makes it harder for other editors to follow changes. See WP:PREVIEW. Thank you. Horologium (talk) 20:16, 14 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

For the reasons mentioned above by Horologium, please use the "Show preview" button instead of making a series of 10 or more edits in a short period of time, as you did yesterday at Charlie Crist. Not doing so repeatedly could be considered as disruptive. If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thanks.  JGHowes  talk 17:23, 10 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Diana West edit

The article Diana West has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Not notable author

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Lionel (talk) 04:00, 20 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
