Edit suggestion at Gladiator talk page

edit

Hi! What you describe on Talk:Gladiator seems to exactly match the topic of Trial by combat. I just looked at that page; the phrase "trial by combat" has a strong connection with Germanic law, but it should probably not exclude other contexts, and I'd advise adding a new heading to that article, to cover what's known about the practise on the Indian sub-continent. You'd need to add sources in support; hopefully better linked than what you've added so far. Linked content tends to vary according to servers and geographical areas. None of your links worked for me. And page numbers are definitely needed. Best of luck, and regards, Haploidavey (talk) 10:41, 1 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
