Hello C.Fred , the parts I quoted have Koshary and Kosheer, both linguistic terms + even a Koshary photo accompanied within the article. The most productive way to get consensus on this issue is to find more sources. The one you tried to insert does not appear to be a reliable source and makes claims at odds with sources for this article.

So find more and better sources.
