Creating a new Wikipedia article(not just a mere "page") is the absolute hardest task to perform on Wikipedia. It takes much time, effort, and practice, and people often fail in their first attempts and become frustrated and angry as things they don't understand happen to their work that they spent hours on. It is highly advised that you first gain experience and knowledge by editing existing articles, to get a feel for how Wikipedia operates and what is expected of article content. This will greatly improve your chances of success at creating an article.
