Just thought I'd let you know that I posted a late response to your question on the Holocaust's page. I'll reproduce my message below.
The disabled are not mentioned because several countries (the USA, Switzerland, Scandinavia) had their own sterilisation programmes for the disabled, although they were not as extensive as the Nazis. The same thing could be said of homosexuals and of the Romanis. Other countries were persecuting them as well, albeit not to the same extent. They didn't/don't want to draw attention to that.
