  Please stop your disruptive editing.

If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at List of United States over-the-air television networks, you may be blocked from editing. WCQuidditch 01:35, 31 December 2023 (UTC)Reply

Honestly, the user is continuing to do it, so might be the smart decision to go through with the edit block. ClarkKentWannabe (talk) 07:01, 31 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

  You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at 2023 CW affiliation realignment. WCQuidditch 07:20, 31 December 2023 (UTC)Reply

  You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. This notice, which covers your recent editing on several CW-related topics, is a supplement to the above final warning. Nexstar's majority purchase of The CW resulted in some odd side-effects, which is the network is clearly becoming more of a hybrid rather than a true broadcast network by sharing secondary affiliations with digital multicast television networks (such as the affiliate in Phoenix, Arizona, which shares a secondary affiliation with Antenna TV on it's second subchannel), which clearly relegates the network's status from major to minor. The tipping point is that Nexstar gave CBS the right to drop The CW affiliations, which led to an affiliation realignment of owned-and-operated stations. 2603:8001:B202:3294:8BD:3038:1118:CE8A (talk) 07:47, 31 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
It doesn't matter what YOU think/believe/etc.
Part of the prevailing community consensus (as stated here: Talk:List of United States over-the-air television networks#Concerning The CW's status as a TV network...) clearly indicates The CW IS considered a MAJOR TV network.
If you wish to dispute that, start a discussion on the article's talk page, but do NOT make a change to the article OR its companion template WITHOUT having first obtained a community consensus as it relates to your proposed change. ClarkKentWannabe (talk) 08:04, 31 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
