Absolutely incorrect. I served during the build up 'Desert Shield' and the first Gulf war 'Desert Storm'. If your going to put this info on the web make sure it is accurate. 2nd gulf war was with Iran and Iraq and ended with Saddam Hussein's overthrow in April 2003. Hussein defied United Nations Security Council demands to withdraw from Kuwait by mid-January 1991, and the Persian Gulf War began with a massive U.S.-led air offensive known as Operation Desert Storm. Get it right!
