In search for hanging wind turbine was led to airborne wind turbine. See revoltwind.com for new Hanging Wind Turbine (hwt) invention. There are many pics and video clips of the machine in sizes as small as 6 inches that produce 5 watts and can be made on 3d printer to a 5 ft diameter, 600-watt version that weighs only 25 pounds. HWT technology produces electricity for approximately 50 cents per watt, is repaired at ground level using simple tools, and hangs on a grounded cable or support bracket that when grounded prevents the windmill from being hit by lightning. Permits and land ownership are not required. The device is literally the lowest cost way to make electricity and requires no fuel while creating no exhaust. It can be made in any size from a variety of materials and the planet needs it asap.
