I have nothing to do with this block as I have never edited Wikipedia before, It seems every IP address at my school has been blocked

That is very common with schools. A few disruptive students often leave us with no choice but to restrict editing in order to stop the abuse coming from those IP addresses. The block likely isn't targeting you specifically.
