Welcome edit

FYI this is a government shared ip address, assigned by a DHCP server to over 2000 computers in one building perhaps even more. do some research of your own. infact, very few people in this world have "static" ip address, i would assume most of you would know this, but knowing how to use wikipedia, and knowing networking principals are two entirely different things, for reference please refer to Cisco Certified Network Associate, or IPv4, DHCP, or Static IP Address to understand these concepts. cause i know i didnt edit anything to do with memphis.

    • By the way, assumed Fellow Vermin, I made some changes to your edits. Namely the removal of Point of View statements regarding the martini-swilling rodent, the removal of Zeto and John Fieno (who I knew, and while notable to us, is not generally notable, yet), and a correction about the namesake (Charles, instead of John, a common misconception). I hope you stick around. Avogadro 18:03, 11 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Defamation warning edit

An important message

This notice has been left for you because another Wikipedia user suspects that, perhaps inadvertently, you may have defamed someone in your contributions. Please recheck your edits. Do not make allegations against someone unless you have provided evidence from a reliable publication, and then make sure you describe the allegations in accordance with our content policies, particularly Wikipedia:Verifiability and Wikipedia:No original research. Don't rely on hearsay, rumours, or things you believe without evidence to be facts, and don't use sources to create a novel narrative. Wikipedia requires reliable sources for all claims. Please see our policy on biographies of living persons.

If you may have inadvertently defamed someone in an article, do two things:

  1. If the material is still there, remove it immediately. You may wish to use an edit summary like "Removing possible defamation" to prevent it from being reverted.
  2. Leave a note on the administrator's noticeboard saying that you have accidentally included defamatory claims in a named article or articles. Do not repeat the claim(s). The revision(s) containing the material can then be deleted from the page history.

On the Billboard charts, please wait for billboard.com to finish publishing the list first, and then also update the accessdate. -AngusWOOF (talk) 19:16, 28 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

Bubbling Under positions edit

Generally, Bubbling Under positions aren't worth mentioning. If you feel that you must include them in a discography, do so with the format you see here, as required by WP:BILLBOARDCHARTS. The various Bubbling Under charts do not serve as extensions to the corresponding parent charts, because a song cannot fall from the main chart to the Bubbling Under chart. If the song that would be number 101 on a main chart has already been on the main chart, it disappears completely, and the song that would be 102 becomes the #1 position on the Bubbling Under chart. That means that the only times positions 1-25 on a Bubbling Under chart would be 101-125 on the main chart is if no song in those 25 positions has ever charted. That has probably never happened.—Kww(talk) 14:10, 11 June 2015 (UTC)Reply
