November 2022 edit

Hello, I'm Pizzaplayer219. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on John Jay, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Pizzaplayer219TalkContribs 17:40, 9 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Please do not add unreferenced or poorly referenced information, especially if controversial, to articles or any other page on Wikipedia about living (or recently deceased) persons, as you did to Dominique Anglade. Thank you. Pizzaplayer219TalkContribs 17:43, 9 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

August 2023 edit

In the future, please use the sandbox to experiment/test instead of the Magic the Gathering page. Sincerely, Novo Tape (She/Her)My Talk Page 16:44, 21 August 2023 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours to prevent further vandalism. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Daniel Case (talk) 15:33, 24 August 2023 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I was falsely accused of vandalism despite providing notable and verifiable sources for each of my edits. 206.167.80.240 (talk) 15:41, 24 August 2023 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

Since you are from the future please return there to see the outcome of your unblock requests. As you think you did nothing wrong, there are no grounds to remove the block. 331dot (talk) 16:02, 24 August 2023 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

I was initially given a 24-hour ban that expired many weeks ago. However, despite not having reoffended during that time, an administrator decided to impose an egregious 3 month ban on me for no reason. I repeat: my initial ban had expired, but I was then banned AGAIN despite not even having made any edits since then. — Preceding undated comment added 15:41, 4 October 2023‎ (UTC)

Decline reason:

The abuse filter log tells a different story. Several unsuccessful attempts to vandalize on August 28. It seems inadvisable to allow editing by users who are not logged in. Favonian (talk) 16:14, 4 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
