November 2015 edit

Hello, I'm Elizium23. I wanted to let you know that I removed one or more external links you added to the page Talk:Pope Francis, because they seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you. September 2019 edit

Hello, I'm HickoryOughtShirt?4. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Free Papua Movement, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Mark Zuckerberg edit

See WP:NOTFORUM. Your post has nothing to do with improving the biographical article Mark Zuckerberg. If you continue, it will be treated as edit warring. General Ization Talk 01:31, 31 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

You are talking to a library IDIOT. Hundreds of users here. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.17.70.26 (talk) 01:34, 31 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
Then all the patrons of the library who might otherwise use this IP will have you to thank for losing the ability to edit Wikipedia for a time. Perhaps this will prompt the library staff to execute better oversight over Internet use. General Ization Talk 01:45, 31 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

October 2022 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page NASASpaceFlight.com has been reverted.
Your edit here to NASASpaceFlight.com was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (https://www.facebook.com/nasaspaceflight, https://www.facebook.com/groups/nasaspaceflight) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 03:31, 9 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

Its not a reference. These are external links to the websites the article is discussing. 203.17.70.26 (talk) 03:33, 9 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contribution(s). I am glad to see that you are discussing a topic. However, as a general rule, while user talk pages permit a small degree of generalisation, other talk pages such as Talk:Trans woman are strictly for discussing improvements to their associated main pages, and many of them have special instructions on the top. They are not a general discussion forum about the article's topic or any other topic. If you have questions or ideas and are not sure where to post them, consider asking at the Teahouse. Thanks. This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in gender-related disputes or controversies or in people associated with them. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

To opt out of receiving messages like this one, place {{Ds/aware}} on your user talk page and specify in the template the topic areas that you would like to opt out of alerts about. For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

January 2023 edit

It may not have been your intention, but one of your edits, specifically one that you made on Historicity of Jesus, may have been a change that some consider controversial. Due to this, your edits may have been reverted. When making possibly controversial changes, it is good practice to first discuss your edit on the article's talk page before making it, to gain consensus over whether or not to include the text, phrasing, etc. If you believe that the information you added was correct, please initiate that discussion. Thank you. 49ersBelongInSanFrancisco (talk) 05:59, 22 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

Are you kidding? Controversial??? There are talking animals and bushes, a magical boat, zombies, unicorns and even a sky wizard in the Bible. Yet this article is siding with the insane idea that Jesus was a real person and the gospels are reliable historical documents. Grow the hell up!— Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.17.70.26 (talkcontribs) 06:15, 22 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

The Gospels are reliable historical documents - they are documents that exist within history, and reliably tell us what the author or authors considered to be true, and what their audience considered to be plausible. This is evidence. Describing your edits as "controversial" is in fact the height of charity, seeing as you changed many well-sourced statements to their negation without providing your own sources. Exercise some epistemic humility. 203.17.70.26 (talk) 06:11, 26 January 2023 (UTC)Reply
