Mally Mall moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, Mally Mall, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Hello, your extended confirmed access has been revoked; it is clear you were gaming the system in order to get access.

Some of your prior non-productive edits may have been deleted or your sandbox reset - this may help you keep track of your legitimate current edits. Per recent precedents these are the methods for you to restore extended-confirmed status:

  • Avoid making any edits in topics restricted to extended confirmed users, and acquire 500 legitimate other edits; THEN:
    Appeal to me on my talk page. Alternately, you may
    Apply at WP:PERM/EC

Ways to improve Mally Mall

edit

Thanks for creating Mally Mall.

A New Page Patroller Waggie just tagged the page as having some issues to fix, and wrote this note for you:

There are far too many primary (interviews) and otherwise unreliable sources in this (music store links, links to his own record label websites, etc). This should not have been moved to mainspace in it's current state.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can reply over here and ping me. Or, for broader editing help, you can talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

Delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.

  Please do not add or change content, as you did at Kevin Gates, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Binksternet (talk) 05:13, 4 December 2018 (UTC)Reply

Managing a conflict of interest

edit

  Hello, 1standamistad. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Also please note that editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Waggie (talk) 18:09, 4 December 2018 (UTC)Reply
