Hey, I noticed this IP is blocked. Its a pub, the Wirral Hundred in Ellesmere Port. You've got the WiFi blocked.

I think it's the correct decision, as long as logged in accounts can post from the IP.

And it being a public house with decent free WiFi probably explains the stupid edits. :)
