Crunchyroll's English dub of Zombie Land Saga was like Siggi und Babarras because Crunchyroll added the scene where Lily said "That was my name that I abandoned" in the English dub. True or false?

Was Saga Prefecture renamed "Bonhalla" in the Korean, Latin American Spanish, and Filipino dubs? Did the Korosuke biker gang members from Natolien speak with a Bavarian accent in the German dub? Did the members of Iron Frill idol group speak in red letters to imply that they were from North Korea in the Korean dub? Were there frequent references to Korean idol industry (both South and North)?

- Is Zombie Land Saga primarily known for the English dub of the eighth episode by Crunchyroll regarding Lily Hoshikawa's gender identity which the resulting backlash was so severe? Did Rhett Reese & Paul Wernick comment and confirm that the intention was for Lily to be male? Did Crunchyroll eventually issue an official apology and a redub of the eighth episode?
- Why didn't the Japanese version of said episode show the flashback where Lily wore glasses as a boy and the said glasses were gone after Lily began dressing like a girl? Did the English dub remove the said scene?
- Why wasn't Lily Hoshikawa being described as an androgynous looking boy like Zero from Mega Man X, Nagisa Shiota from Assassination Classroom, and Kurapika from Hunter x Hunter? Speaking of Zero, What are the differences between him and Lily Hoshikawa?
