editNote from FDOH IT: this is a shared IP address belonging to the Florida Department of Health, primarily tied to our headquarters. Any edits made under this IP are going to be either by state employees or visiting vendors. Taking a look at the vandalism done to Rory Read, it seems like someone here was extremely angry at Dell, our sole vendor for computers and servers.
