There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. The thread is 36.82.120.76 and 118.136.116.158. SemiHypercube 15:34, 10 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hi - I'm Girth Summit, an administrator here. I'm here to give you some advice about editing, because I'm concerned about some back and forth reverting that you've been involved in today - and from the warnings and messages above, I don't seem to be the only one concerned with how you are editing.
  • If somebody reverts one of your edits, the correct approach is to start a conversation with them on the talk page of the relevant page, rather than just to reinstate your preferred image or version of the text. We call that edit warring, and it is not permitted. Please confirm that you will stop doing that.
  • You should not put messages like this one on other user's talk pages. It is rude, and you are in no position to tell them what to edit and what not to edit. As I said - the correct place to discuss which is the best picture to use is on the talk page of the relevant article. Please confirm that you will stop doing that.

Please respond to these concerns at your earliest convenience. Best GirthSummit (blether) 17:18, 10 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Makassar people, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. If you wish to give a meaningful contribution under the same IP address, please register. -Jeblat (talk) 03:53, 11 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Indonesian province info boxes....

edit

Here's a thought - why not have 1 or even 0 photos in the infoboxes? I've created a discussion here: Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Indonesia#Province_infobox_photos... --Merbabu (talk) 03:36, 19 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
