Your reason here Good afternoon I see that someone sent me a message on this IP address when i was importing one of my CDs to Itunes. It's okay I have read what they send me. And I'm happy to accept this term. What a nice message to be sent to me I would like to thank you for sending that message to me. Also by the way a User called: User talk:Starcheerspeaksnewslostwars have told me on the User talk:JukeboxMan1990 talk page. He said to me this: I will not help you now until no earlier than March 2, 2021, 6 months from when you sent that message. Do not reply to this. Starcheerspeaksnewslostwars 20:58, 11 September 2020. If you go on the talk page you will see that I didn't reply to the message not until 2nd March 2021. That's what Starcheerspeaksnewslostwars said to me. He's words not mine. I hope someone understands this what I'm trying to write so I will agree to this terms. I'm happy to wait for one week. I guess I will be seeing in one week from now. @331dot: I’m sorry about this, but this is completely a WP:CIR issue at this point. He is User:Ben2719941. I offered to help him with an unblock request if he stayed off of Wikipedia for six months based on WP:SO. He returned exactly six months later from his final edit (editing as this IP on user talk pages only) and told me he already submitted a request through UTRS, so he couldn’t even follow my basic instructions. Unfortunately, while he may have a better understanding of what he did wrong, he doesn’t understand the gravity of the damage he caused previously. He still doesn’t have a grasp of Wikipedia guidelines (he can’t even respond to and sign his posts appropriately). He thinks this block was directed at him, not the IP address, and believes his block will end in a week. Starcheerspeaksnewslostwars^{Talk to me} 17:32, 6 March 2021 (UTC)

I'm very confused, Are you trying to help me Starcheerspeaksnewslostwars? If you were I would like to say thanks for your help. What do you mean by basic instructions, I thought I did follow your instructions. Didn't I kept away until March 2nd 2021? Or are you talking about the different instructions? I just wanted to know what do you mean? Can you please explain to me if you can. Yes i did caused previously damage to Wikipedia. That's why if I'm allowed to apologize to whoever decides to unblock me. That's why I would to please request an audience to whoever is in charge of unblocking please if I'm allowed to.
