November 2020 edit

Hello, I'm Fuzheado. I noticed that you made a change to an article, The New Mutants (film), but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Fuzheado | Talk 03:53, 11 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
I didn't make a change, I reverted a delete that someone else made with no explanation. -- 109.79.176.62 (talk) 03:54, 11 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add or significantly change content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did with this edit to The New Mutants (film). Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Fuzheado | Talk 03:58, 11 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

Please read the edit summary. Please look at the diffs. Please look at the article history. See also MOS:LEAD and WP:FILMLEAD, it is supposed to summarize the article, references don't need to be repeated in the intro if they're in the article body.
Find a good version of the article and restore it. Dont restore recent unexplained deletes. -- 109.79.176.62 (talk) 04:05, 11 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
The above editor didn't not reply, I can only assume he did eventually check the diffs and saw it was a reasonable edit just trying to restore the article to previous better versions. -- 109.79.176.62 (talk) 16:20, 11 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

I was accused of vandalizing an article and the accusation was deleted without any explanation.[1] I know automated tools are supposed to make it easier for administrators but it also seems to result in a lot of false accusations too.

The worst part is some editors then take the Talk page warnings and act like that even being warned is itself evidence of wrong doing. As I result I have to respond to warnings and call them out when they are unfounded, even if people retract them. -- 109.79.176.62 (talk) 16:20, 11 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
