- Dear Arado Ar 196, the edits I made regarding trademark of the term "bamboo ceiling" were not a joke. Jane Hyun owns the US trademark to the term as you can see on the US Government site here https://tmsearch.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc&state=4801:58q999.2.1.
