My account jhaiho17@gmail.com was blocked due to the username being against guidelines. I would like to change it to my own name, but I cannot login. The message I received indicated I have to paste the below name change request into my talk.

Hi thanks for your response! But that's my issue - I did provide an email. I did try to recover/change my password, but it won't let me log in. And if I can't log in, I cannot really post this in my own talk. I tried searching the help sections but wasn't able to find an appropriate one that addressed my issue.
